With years of experience, a love for logistics (seriously, timelines are my jam), and a knack for keeping things stress-free, I make sure your event is as seamless as it is stunning. When I’m not coordinating dream days, you’ll find me adventuring with my husband, homeschooling my daughter, or sneaking in a DIY project (or five).

Lead Event Planner, Lover of Love Stories & Logistics
Bailee brings warmth, creativity, and a deep love for love to the Cotten Designs team. With a strong eye for the little details that make an event truly memorable, she’s passionate about crafting celebrations that reflect each client’s unique story.
Whether she’s organizing a wedding day timeline or styling the perfect tablescape, Bailee’s goal is to create seamless, joy-filled experiences. Outside of planning, you’ll find her with a book in hand or hiking alongside her beloved dog, Mila. Her thoughtful approach and infectious enthusiasm make her a joy to work with—and a perfect partner in planning your next unforgettable event!
Meet Vanessa
Assistant Extraordinaire & Future Grad
Vanessa is the right-hand woman every event needs! As one of our amazing assistants, she’s always two steps ahead—fluffing dresses, setting up décor, and making sure everything looks just right.
Her attention to detail and can-do attitude keep our events running flawlessly. When she’s not in event mode, Vanessa is working hard toward a double major at Whitewater University (graduating this May—woohoo! 🎓), and when she has a rare free moment, she loves crocheting and relaxing with a good show.
Meet Mari
Lead Event Planner & Timeline Queen
If there’s a schedule to stick to, Mari’s got it handled! As our lead event planner, she’s all about keeping things running smoothly while making sure every detail is picture-perfect.
With a calm presence and a go-getter attitude, she’s the one making sure you actually enjoy your big day instead of worrying about the little things. When she’s not creating seamless events, she’s busy being a supermom to her three amazing kids—two girls and a boy—juggling karate classes, soccer games, and bedtime stories like a pro!
Oh, and she never says no to an iced coffee.

The Creative Heart Behind the Feed
Riya is our in-house content wizard—part storyteller, part vibe curator, and 100% obsessed with capturing the kind of magic that makes you stop scrolling.
Whether she’s snapping behind-the-scenes shots, picking the perfect playlist for a wedding edit, or finding just the right words for a post, Riya infuses everything she creates with warmth, intention, and style. Outside of Cotten, you’ll likely find her sipping iced coffee, adding one too many books to her TBR list, or chasing golden hour with her camera in hand.
Meet Emily
Event Assistant, Swimmer & Coach
Emily is the backstage magic-maker of Cotten Designs! Whether she’s setting up décor, coordinating vendors, or handling last-minute changes like a pro, she’s always ready to jump in and make things happen. Her positive energy and quick thinking help keep every event stress-free and fun!
Outside of event planning, Emily is a dedicated swimmer, training hard in hopes of earning a scholarship. When she’s not in the pool herself, she’s giving back by coaching kids in the area, helping the next generation of swimmers find their love for the sport.
